To ensure our staff are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of those we support, every team member undergoes a thorough and comprehensive induction. This training process includes shadow shifts, learning and understanding essential documentation, training sessions, a peer mentor to support through induction period and regular supervision and appraisals for continuous development. All designed to uphold our exceptional standards of care.

Comprehensive Induction Programme

We believe that a robust induction is crucial for preparing staff with the fundamental skills, knowledge, and understanding they need to perform their roles effectively. Each new staff member completes an intensive induction, which introduces them to our company’s values, mission, and culture. This programme also covers the legal frameworks under which we operate, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines and safeguarding protocols.

Ongoing Development and Free Training

We provide free training to all staff during their induction and throughout their ongoing development. Most training modules are refreshed annually, ensuring that our team remains up-to-date with the latest practices and regulations. All training is mandatory, reflecting our commitment to maintaining high standards.
